Ozone Generator for Desulfurization and Denitrification is a complete set of ozone equipment specially used for flue gas environmental treatment. It adopts high-efficiency ozone generation units as the core. Taking advantage of the strong oxidation property of ozone, it oxidizes NO and SO₂ in flue gas, converting insoluble nitrogen oxides and sulfides into high-valence oxides that can be absorbed by washing, realizing simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification. The equipment can adapt to flue gas parameters of different working conditions. The oxidation reaction requires no catalyst and creates no secondary pollution. The whole system supports stable continuous operation all year round.

Working Principle
Under high-voltage discharge, oxygen source enters the ozone generation chamber to produce high-concentration ozone. Ozone is injected into the flue duct and fully mixed with flue gas. It oxidizes nitric monoxide into high-valence nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide at the same time. The oxidized flue gas flows into the scrubbing tower, where the generated acidic products are absorbed and removed by lye to complete flue gas desulfurization and denitrification purification. The supporting automatic control system can adjust ozone output automatically according to flue gas flow and NOx concentration to ensure stable compliance of outlet flue gas. Equipped with cooling and gas source pretreatment units, it maintains long-term stable ozone generation efficiency.
