The FPZ series corrosion‑resistant self‑priming pump is injection‑molded from PVDF or reinforced polypropylene (RPP). Integrated internal chambers include suction chamber, liquid‑storage chamber, return check valve, gas‑liquid separation chamber and return orifice. Built for North‑American chemical sites, this pump delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and serves as a cost‑effective alternative to submersible pumps.
Get a QuoteWorking Principle
Priming liquid is only required for the very first startup. The spinning impeller mixes suction‑line air with process fluid inside pump housing. Gas is vented through the built‑in separation chamber while liquid recirculates to evacuate pipeline air and achieve self‑priming. It can resume pumping after up to 15‑minute dry‑run interruption. No external cooling water is needed for the mechanical seal.
Application Fields
Chemical & Pharmaceutical: Handle corrosive fluids for US‑based chemical, pharmaceutical and metallurgical processing plants.
Water & Wastewater Treatment: Fit municipal & industrial wastewater, pickling and film‑processing facilities across North America.
General Industrial Processing: Widely adopted in petroleum and food manufacturing. Operating temperature range: ‑40℃ ~ +120℃ for PVDF version; ‑40℃ ~ +80℃ for RPP version.
